BCC Outreach

 Go, proclaim, teach, preach and make disciples with a heart motivated by the love of God to see God’s kingdom come. 

Where The book of Acts closes we are called to continue; “Proclaiming the Kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.” - Acts 28:31. 
Other key inspirational verses include; Mark 16:20, Matt 28:19-20 and Ezra 7:10. 

Following the Bcc and with integrated preparation and coaching in sharing God's Word, this Outreach has a main focus on Proclamation. Having studied the Bible, and had training in how to teach, preach and lead small group study, you will develop these skills and put them into practice on outreach. Practically you will function as a ministry team, serving together with prayer, worship and evangelism. There will be a minimum of 2 opportunities each week for each participant to preach, teach, lead Bible studies, or train others in the principles you have learned on how to study the Word of God. This could be done both in a local ministry and in a cross-cultural setting.

The Bcc outreach serves growing in sharing Biblical truth and at the same time serves the growth and expansion of the Kingdom of God.

IN THis outreach YOU WILL

Grow in knowing God through His Word; heart relationship (not just head knowledge).

Grow in sharing God’s Word; God’s heart for others (not just communication).

Take steps in sharing Inductive Bible study tools.

Testify to the fruit of applying God’s word in your own life.

Practise and grow in a variety of ways to proclaim the Word of God to others (preaching an expository message, teaching topics -such as faith & hope from NT letters, leading small group Bible studies, Public Bible reading, Biblical story telling followed by personal witness, and sharing the Gospel).

Grow in being a teachable teacher, listening to God, knowing Christ as Saviour and Lord and being led by the Holy Spirit.

Have a growing heart for discipling the nations and building the kingdom of God.

Grow in servanthood; taking steps in humility and promoting unity.

Growing in having an attitude and character that honours God.

Outreach location

The outreach location is Mexico, though we start from and return to YWAM Rogaland. We start with some team time and training first. We return to Norway for debrief, testimony sharing and graduation at the end.
