The Land of the Unexpected

Do you know that there is an island that is known to have numerous groups of unconnected people? An island where there are many undiscovered species of plants and animals? Does the word expedition thrill you? Then get ready, because this place is one of the world's least explored, culturally and geographically!

New Guinea is the world’s second largest island after Greenland, and is located in the South West Pacific region, north of Australia, and is divided between two countries: Papua New Guinea to the east, and Indonesia to the west.

On this track you will live together with tribes in the depth of the jungle for your entire outreach. You will become one of them and live a simple lifestyle, eating what they eat and doing what they do in order to show the love God has for them. You'll be amazed by the great joy of simplicity and the friends for life you'll make!

Your purpose is to teach the Bible and disciple both young while possibly working with long term missionaries. From time to time you'll also go on expeditions to other tribes and join in with the thousands of people praying for this island and their peoples.

Our vision is to disciple this nation, to see the last people groups of this world receive the gospel and the Bible in a language that they can understand. Do you want to be a part of seeing the great commission fulfilled in our day?

Come, and join what God is doing in one of the farthest corners of the world!

*All the countries (1-3 nations) change from year to year and the details concerning the locations are revealed during the first weeks of the Lecture Phase.
